OSU Brand Management uses the client MailChimp as our email campaign manager. Through
this, we are able to provide list management support, HTML campaigns and full analytics
reports.

Headlines This weekly email is scheduled for every Tuesday and Thursday morning and features
OSU news and information. This campaign is sent to the all students on the Stillwater
and Tulsa campuses and all OSU employees.
Calendar The calendar is sent to all students on the Stillwater and Tulsa campuses and all
OSU employees and features selected events on the Stillwater and Tulsa campus. The
email is sent every Monday during the academic year.
The Bulletin The segmented monthly email features news and information just for students. The different
tone and content of the campaign makes it one of our most popular campaigns.
